1. Ensure meticulous management of supply chain operations to maintain product quality and guest satisfaction.
2. Receive and verify the conformity of food and non-food deliveries with purchase orders and delivery notes.
3. Optimize storage space and adhere to stock management protocols, ensuring proper rotation and availability of supplies.
4. Prepare and distribute goods to various sales and production points, anticipating needs and adhering to requested quantities.
5. Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to prepare supplier orders and purchase requests.
6. Conduct monthly inventories and hygiene checks in compliance with HACCP standards.

1. BTS in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or Accounting and Management.
2. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurant environments.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar establishment.

1. Proficiency in HACCP hygiene standards and stock management principles (e.g., FIFO).
2. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally Sage1000 and Materials Control.
3. Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
4. Attention to detail and precision.
5. Flexibility, dynamism, and team-oriented mindset.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality or fine dining sector is required.

BTS in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or Accounting and Management.
