1. Coordinate the Private Bar services with precision and refinement to deliver unique and personalized experiences to guests.
2. Anticipate guest needs and ensure impeccable VIP service from arrival to bespoke service preparation.
3. Supervise the setup, control, and operation of the bar, ensuring product quality and guest satisfaction.
4. Manage inventory and track guest preferences to anticipate requests.
5. Coordinate with pastry, kitchen, and housekeeping teams to maintain service excellence.
6. Ensure the setup and clearing of private bars and refreshments, communicating with the Carte Blanche Manager for seamless service.

1. BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
2. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining environments.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar establishment.

2. Fluency in English and French, both oral and written.
3. Mastery of service techniques.
4. Passion for gastronomy.
5. Attention to detail and precision.
6. Excellent service orientation and listening skills.
7. Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining environment.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.

Accommodation or housing allowance of €250 gross. Meals provided during work hours. Uniform provided and laundered. Transportation costs covered (€100 each way). Potential bicycle loan (conditions apply). Passionate team environment.
