Cheval Blanc Payroll Manager

- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal rules related to personnel and payroll management.
- Oversee employee experience in personnel administration, including hiring, onboarding, promotions, and departures.
- Develop and implement procedures for personnel and payroll management, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Manage administrative files and ensure contracts comply with legislation.
- Ensure compliance with work and residence permits for all employees.
- Participate in the administrative management of staff, particularly management-level personnel.
- Develop and adjust contract templates as needed, in accordance with company needs and legislation.
- Complete the monthly payroll process in collaboration with the payroll service provider and financial management.
- Prepare and update payroll tables as necessary.
- Serve as the primary contact for external organizations such as DIRECCTE, CARSAT, and URSSAF.
- Send and update monthly activity reports according to company needs.
- Propose tools for administrative and payroll management that comply with GDPR regulations.
- Act as the main contact for HRIS partners at LVMH Hotel Management.
- Contribute to workforce and payroll management through periodic analysis of personnel costs and productivity.
- Supervise the operational activities of the Payroll & HR Administration team.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation in the department.
- Inform management of any safety or accident risks involving clients or colleagues.
- Supervise the medical follow-up of employees in connection with the occupational health service.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
