Cheval Blanc Payroll Manager

- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal procedures related to personnel and payroll administration.
- Oversee the employee experience in terms of personnel administration, working conditions, and payroll.
- Develop, implement, and update procedures related to personnel and payroll administrative management.
- Manage administrative files and ensure contracts comply with legislation.
- Ensure compliance with work and residence permits for all collaborators.
- Participate in the administrative management of staff, particularly for management-level personnel.
- Develop and adjust contract templates according to company needs and legislation.
- Complete the monthly payroll process in collaboration with the payroll service provider and the Administrative and Financial Management.
- Prepare, oversee, and update payroll tables as needed.
- Serve as the primary contact for external organizations such as DIRECCTE, CARSAT, and others.
- Send and update monthly reports related to activities according to company needs.
- Propose administrative and payroll management tools to facilitate data processing while complying with GDPR regulations.
- Act as the main contact for HRIS partners at LVMH Hotel Management.
- Contribute to workforce and payroll management through periodic analysis of personnel costs and productivity.
- Supervise the operational activities of the Payroll & HR Administration team.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation in the department.
- Inform management of any safety or accident risks involving clients or colleagues.
- Supervise the medical follow-up of employees in connection with the occupational health service.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of labor legislation and payroll processes.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and external organizations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll management or a related field.
