1. Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal procedures related to personnel and payroll administration.
2. Oversee the employee experience in terms of personnel administration, working conditions, and payroll.
3. Develop, implement, and update procedures related to personnel and payroll administrative management.
4. Manage administrative files and ensure contracts comply with legislation.
5. Ensure compliance with work and residence permits for all collaborators.
6. Participate in the administrative management of staff, particularly for management-level personnel.
7. Develop and adjust contract templates according to company needs and legislation.
8. Complete the monthly payroll process in collaboration with the payroll service provider and the Administrative and Financial Management.
9. Prepare, oversee, and update payroll tables as needed.
10. Serve as the primary contact for external organizations such as DIRECCTE, CARSAT, and others.
11. Send and update monthly reports related to activities according to company needs.
12. Propose administrative and payroll management tools to facilitate data processing while complying with GDPR regulations.
13. Act as the main contact for HRIS partners at LVMH Hotel Management.
14. Contribute to workforce and payroll management through periodic analysis of personnel costs and productivity.
15. Supervise the operational activities of the Payroll & HR Administration team.
16. Ensure compliance with labor legislation in the department.
17. Inform management of any safety or accident risks involving clients or colleagues.
18. Supervise the medical follow-up of employees in connection with the occupational health service.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll management or a related field.

2. Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
3. Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and external organizations.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
