Cheval Blanc Payroll Accountant

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly payroll, including monitoring and updating the time and attendance management system.
- Process employee absences and prepare gratuity and commission payment files in coordination with the Finance team.
- Update and verify data related to transportation and accommodation reimbursements.
- Monitor and update employees’ bank details and manage wage garnishments and third-party payment orders.
- Verify the consistency and accuracy of employee payroll data, including new hires, leavers, promotions, and transfers.
- Prepare variable payroll elements for final settlements and manage payroll for temporary staff.
- Manage salary advances and contribute to the preparation of dashboards and mandatory annual reports.
- Prepare end-of-employment documents and produce payroll management reports.
- Participate in the administrative management of personnel and send monthly activity-related reports.
- Participate in the implementation of procedures and inform management of any safety or accident risks.
- High School Diploma or a Diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities independently and work under pressure.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
A minimum of three years of experience in payroll or a related field is required.
High School Diploma or a Diploma in a relevant field.
The position offers a service charge, accommodation for expatriates, meal coverage at the staff restaurant, and uniforms provided and laundered.
