The Maison boasts 31 rooms and suites, alongside two villas, all elegantly redesigned by Jean-Michel Wilmotte to capture the Mediterranean's radiant light.

1. Assist the Pastry Chef and team in preparing and executing sweet creations, ensuring an exceptional culinary experience for guests.
2. Handle preliminary tasks such as weighing, sorting ingredients, washing, and preparing products, and assist in setting up workstations.
3. Contribute to the creation of pastries, desserts, and entremets by following instructions and applying learned techniques.
4. Ensure meticulous presentation of creations and adherence to plating guidelines, while maintaining cleanliness and order in compliance with HACCP standards and house procedures.
5. Develop skills and contribute to service excellence through curiosity, precision, and attention to detail.

1. BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Cuisine or Pâtisserie
2. Knowledge of luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining environments

1. Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
2. Proficiency in HACCP hygiene standards
3. Mastery of pastry techniques

Entry-level experience in pastry or culinary arts, ideally within a luxury or Michelin-starred setting.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Cuisine or Pâtisserie

Accommodation and meals provided for the duration of the internship. Uniform supplied and laundered. Transportation costs covered (100€ each way). Bicycle loan available under conditions. Work alongside passionate teams.
