1. Create and present elegant and delectable pastries for guests.
2. Collaborate closely with the Head Pastry Chef to ensure consistent quality and creativity.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
4. Understand and execute recipes and dessert setups as required.
5. Foster a team-oriented environment through discipline and passion for pastry arts.

1. Technical knowledge in pastry arts.
2. Possession of CAP, BEP, or BP in Cuisine/Pastry.
3. Specialized training in pastry, bakery, confectionery, or related fields.

3. Eagerness to learn and improve under the guidance of the Head Pastry Chef.
4. Ability to uphold the image and standards of Cheval Blanc.

No prior professional experience required, but a foundational understanding of pastry techniques is essential.

CAP, BEP, or BP in Cuisine/Pastry or equivalent.

The position includes accommodation and meals, access to hotel amenities at preferential rates after two months, and a supportive team environment in an idyllic setting.
