Cheval Blanc Pastry Intern

- Assist the Pastry Chef and team in the preparation and execution of sweet creations, ensuring an exceptional gourmet experience for guests.
- Handle preliminary tasks including weighing, sorting ingredients, washing, and preparing products, and contribute to the setup of workstations.
- Participate in the creation of pastries, desserts, and entremets by following instructions and applying learned techniques.
- Ensure the meticulous presentation of creations and adherence to plating guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment, complying with H.A.C.C.P. standards and the Maison's procedures.
- Contribute to the excellence of each service through curiosity, precision, and attention to detail.
- Technical knowledge in pastry arts
- CAP, BEP, or BP in culinary arts/pastry
- MC in Pastry Bakery
- MC in Specialized Pastry, Ice Cream, Chocolate, and Confectionery
- Passion for pastry arts
- Adaptability
- Discipline
- Autonomy
- Eagerness to learn and advance in the culinary field under the guidance of a Pastry Chef de Partie
- Ability to represent Cheval Blanc with a polished image and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with Cheval Blanc's standards and norms
- Experience in a similar establishment
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, recipes, and products
Beginner level experience in pastry arts, preferably in a similar establishment.
CAP, BEP, or BP in culinary arts/pastry
