1. Join the pastry brigade and collaborate closely with the Pastry Chef.
2. Observe and replicate technical pastry techniques.
3. Perform simple tasks related to culinary preparation, setup, and dessert presentation.
4. Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations.
5. Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and equipment.

1. Technical knowledge in pastry.
2. Possession of CAP, BEP, or BP in cuisine/pastry.
3. MC in Pastry, Bakery, Confectionery, or specialized areas.

5. Familiarity with Cheval Blanc's standards and norms.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

CAP, BEP, or BP in cuisine/pastry or equivalent.
