1. Join the pastry brigade and collaborate closely with the Pastry Chef.
2. Observe and replicate technical pastry techniques.
3. Execute simple tasks related to culinary preparation, setup, and dessert presentation.
4. Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations.
5. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the workstation and equipment.

1. Technical knowledge in pastry arts.
2. Possession of a CAP, BEP, or BP in cuisine/pastry.
3. Specialized training in pastry, bakery, ice cream, chocolate, or confectionery.

CAP, BEP, or BP in cuisine/pastry or equivalent specialized training.
