1. Assist Pastry Chefs de Partie in maintaining the excellence of the pastry department.
2. Prepare basic pastry items in accordance with technical sheets, ensuring consistent quality.
3. Participate in the setup, preparation, and presentation of desserts with precision and care.
4. Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
5. Exhibit organizational skills, precision, and a desire for continuous learning and improvement.

1. Culinary training from CAP to Bac+2 level.
2. Confirmed experience in pastry within Michelin-starred restaurants (1 to 3 years).
3. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Commis.

1. Proficiency in handling fresh products and diverse culinary techniques.
2. Ability to execute simple dessert setup and presentation.
3. Strict adherence to technical sheets and HACCP hygiene and safety standards.
4. Assistance in stock and supply management.
5. Exemplary discipline, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on pastry in high-end dining environments.

Culinary training from CAP to Bac+2 level.

Accommodation or a housing allowance of €250 gross, meals provided during working hours, uniform provided and laundered, transportation costs covered (€100 each way), potential bicycle loan (conditions apply), and a passionate team environment.
