- Assist Pastry Chefs de Partie in delivering an exceptional pastry experience.
- Prepare base ingredients following technical sheets and ensure consistent dessert quality.
- Participate in the setup, preparation, and plating of desserts with precision and care.
- Collaborate closely with the team to maintain service fluidity and efficiency.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills, precision, and a willingness to learn and progress.
- Culinary training from CAP to Bac+2 level.
- Confirmed pastry experience in Michelin-starred restaurants (1 to 3 years).
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Pastry Commis.
- Proficiency in working with fresh products and diverse culinary techniques.
- Ability to perform mise en place and simple dessert plating.
- Strict adherence to technical sheets.
- Application of hygiene and food safety standards (H.A.C.C.P.).
- Assistance in stock and supply management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in pastry, with at least 2 years as a Commis in Michelin-starred establishments.
Culinary training from CAP to Bac+2 level.
Accommodation or a housing allowance of €250 gross, meals provided during work hours, uniform provided and laundered, transportation costs covered (€100 each way), potential bicycle loan (conditions apply), passionate teams.
