1. Actively contribute to the quality of pastry and dessert offerings while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
2. Perform preliminary preparation tasks for pastry products, laying the foundation for culinary creations.
3. Assist Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the preparation and creation of pastries and desserts, applying culinary techniques.
4. Ensure service is conducted according to hotel rules and procedures, guaranteeing an impeccable guest experience.
5. Oversee the mise en place and distribution of dishes, ensuring meticulous presentation.
6. Maintain cleanliness of premises and equipment in strict adherence to HACCP standards and house procedures.
7. Participate in the reception of goods, following established protocols.

1. BEP/CAP in Pastry or BAC PRO in Cuisine/MC Desserts de Restaurant.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining environments.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

BEP/CAP in Pastry or BAC PRO in Cuisine/MC Desserts de Restaurant.
