1. Contribute to the quality of pastry and dessert offerings while ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
2. Perform preliminary preparation tasks for pastry products, laying the foundation for culinary creations.
3. Assist Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the preparation and crafting of pastries and desserts, applying culinary techniques.
4. Ensure service is conducted according to hotel rules and procedures, guaranteeing an impeccable guest experience.
5. Oversee the setup and distribution of dishes, ensuring meticulous presentation.
6. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
7. Participate in the receipt of goods, following established protocols.

1. BEP/CAP in Pastry or BAC PRO in Cuisine/MC Desserts de Restaurant
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred establishments
