1. Perform preliminary preparation tasks for pastry products.
2. Assist Demi Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the creation and preparation of pastries and desserts.
3. Ensure service is conducted according to hotel rules and procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
5. Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
6. Set up and distribute dishes.
7. Participate in waste sorting and disposal.
8. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks to clients or colleagues to the hierarchy.

1. BEP/CAP in Pastry or BAC PRO in Cuisine/MC Desserts de Restaurant.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Experience in luxury hospitality or starred restaurant settings.

First experience as a Pastry Commis or significant internships in pastry within a luxury hotel or starred restaurant.

BEP/CAP in Pastry or BAC PRO in Cuisine/MC Desserts de Restaurant.
