1. Prepare and set up the assigned pastry section.
2. Conduct preparatory pastry tasks adhering to culinary standards.
3. Assist Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in crafting and developing pastries and desserts.
4. Ensure service delivery aligns with hotel protocols.
5. Maintain cleanliness of workspaces and equipment, and manage goods reception following HACCP standards.
