Cheval Blanc Operations Internship

- Implement and adapt management tools for newly opening properties.
- Support Department Directors and General Management in creating processes, tools, and analyses.
- Create guest-facing documents related to the customer journey (e.g., client correspondence, waivers, nature guides, activity portfolios, room directories).
- Participate in the configuration and reporting of operational tools (e.g., Seven Rooms, Concierge Organizer, Opera, Knowcross).
- Engage in various projects related to the customer experience (e.g., sourcing Operating Supplies & Equipment, renovation projects, innovations in the customer journey).
- Conduct follow-up, analysis, and periodic reporting of quality KPIs (e.g., mystery visit reports by external audit Leading Quality Assurance, NPS, Guest Satisfaction).
- Ensure follow-up and improvement of the customer experience portfolio.
- Provide occasional support in responding to customer comments (e-reputation and surveys).
- Currently enrolled in a Master 2 program specializing in hotel management or equivalent university course.
- Previous experience in Accommodation departments (Front Office, Guest Relations) is highly appreciated.
- Excellent command of English (C1 level) and French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables).
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, strong writing skills, autonomy, and proactivity.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Team spirit and a passionate character are desired.
Beginner-level experience, ideally with exposure to accommodation departments such as Front Office or Guest Relations.
Currently pursuing a Master 2 in hotel management or equivalent.
