3. Uphold the values of the establishment from check-in to check-out, including billing processes.
4. Anticipate guest needs and offer expert advice while adhering to quality standards.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
2. Minimum of 2 years of confirmed experience in a similar role.

1. Fluency in both English and French, with proficiency in a third language such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese being advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Familiarity with Opera Cloud and 7Rooms is appreciated.
4. Knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance standards is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Accommodation or a housing allowance of €250 gross, meals provided during work hours, provided and laundered uniforms, transportation costs covered up to €100 each way, potential bicycle loan under conditions, and a passionate team environment.
