1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
2. Minimum of 2 years of confirmed experience in a similar role.

1. Fluency in both English and French, with proficiency in a third language such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese being advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Familiarity with Opera Cloud and 7Rooms is appreciated.
4. Knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance standards is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
