1. Lead a team of Ambassadors passionate about the Art of Hospitality, embodying and conveying the values of excellence.
2. Guide and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring anticipation of needs and personalized service.
3. Supervise and coordinate collaboration between Ambassadors, Concierges, Butlers, and Housekeeping to ensure seamless and bespoke service.
4. Ensure every interaction, from arrival to departure, reflects attention to detail and kindness, contributing to memorable stays and the establishment's reputation for excellence.
5. Develop team skills in quality standards mastery and application, fostering expertise to advise guests and optimize sales through upselling.

1. Technological Baccalaureate in Hospitality
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality
3. Advanced knowledge in management (billing control, cash handling, reconciliations)

1. Proven experience in a 5-star or Palace establishment
2. Sales and communication skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Opera Cloud, ideally Concierge Organizer and Know Cross
4. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
5. Proficiency in a third language appreciated (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, Portuguese)

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality roles, with a focus on guest reception and service.

Technological Baccalaureate in Hospitality
