1. Ensure the efficient operation of the hotel during night hours under the supervision of the Front Office Manager.
2. Coordinate operational services and collaborate with security to ensure the comfort and safety of guests and staff.
3. Manage night-time check-ins and check-outs in accordance with established procedures.
4. Conduct rounds and report any non-compliance issues.
5. Oversee all hotel activities, manage reservations in the absence of the dedicated team, and handle late arrivals or unexpected departures.
6. Supervise billing, payments, rate control, and hotel closure processes.
7. Prepare reports and coordinate with other departments for the following day's arrivals.
8. Address guest complaints and requests, possessing in-depth knowledge of hotel rooms and services.
9. Promote hotel offerings including rooms, restaurants, and spa services.

1. Technological Baccalaureate in Hospitality
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in reception roles
3. Familiarity with the luxury hospitality sector

1. Experience in a 5-star or Palace establishment
2. Advanced knowledge in management (billing control, payments, reconciliations, etc.)
3. Sales and communication skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Opera Cloud, ideally Concierge Organizer and Know Cross
5. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
6. Proficiency in a third language is appreciated (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, Portuguese)

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
