1. Ensure the seamless operation of the hotel during night hours under the guidance of the Front Office Manager.
2. Coordinate operational services and collaborate with security to ensure the comfort and safety of guests and staff.
3. Manage night-time check-ins and check-outs, perform rounds, and report any discrepancies.
4. Oversee all hotel activities, manage reservations in the absence of the dedicated team, and handle late arrivals or unexpected departures.
5. Supervise billing, payments, rate checks, and closing procedures.
6. Prepare reports and coordinate with other departments for the next day's arrivals.
7. Address guest complaints and requests, possess in-depth knowledge of hotel rooms and services, and promote hotel offerings.

1. Technological Baccalaureate in Hospitality
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality
3. Advanced management skills, including billing control and reconciliation

1. Proven experience in a 5-star or Palace establishment
2. Sales and communication proficiency
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Opera Cloud, ideally Concierge Organizer and Know Cross
4. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
5. Proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, Portuguese) is advantageous

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
