- Coordinate and oversee night operations of the hotel, ensuring compliance with Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Welcome and manage the arrival and departure of guests during night hours.
- Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises and report any non-conformities.
- Maintain excellent relations with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure optimal satisfaction.
- Supervise all hotel activities and manage late arrivals, early departures, and unexpected check-outs.
- Handle reservations and follow up on files during the closure of the Reservations department.
- Oversee billing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy before closing.
- Prepare necessary reports and organize next-day arrivals in collaboration with hotel departments.
- Address guest complaints with empathy, following Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of guests in collaboration with the night security team.
- Maintain a clear and accessible hotel entrance, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Communicate effectively within the service and ensure smooth information flow.
- Uphold legal regulations and hotel procedures within the service.
- Inform management of any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents.
- Higher education in Hospitality Management.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
- Autonomous with proven team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high potential for representation.
- Customer service orientation, discretion, and courtesy.
- Rigorous, precise, and organized with strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Time management and prioritization skills in a hospitality setting.
- Proactive with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Flexible and adaptable with a passion for hospitality.
- Desire to learn and progress in the hospitality industry.
- Advanced management skills (billing control, payment processing, reconciliations, etc.).
- Sales and communication proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Opera, ideally Concierge Organizer and Know Cross.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), with proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, Portuguese) appreciated.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a 5-star or luxury hotel environment.
Higher education in Hospitality Management.
