Cheval Blanc Night Manager

- Oversee the efficient, compliant, and profitable operation of the hotel during the night shift.
- Optimize room revenue and occupancy through effective last-minute rate, availability, and inventory control.
- Act as the management representative at night and the primary guest contact, ensuring prompt and discreet resolution of issues and unforeseen situations.
- Lead and supervise the night Front Office colleagues, clearly defining tasks, ensuring logical workflows, and maintaining operational continuity.
- Coordinate with Security and the Emergency Response Team during incidents or emergencies, ensuring full compliance with Safety standards and regulations.
- Ensure all night operations adhere to company policies, Legendary Quality Standards, and hotel procedures.
- Accurately and promptly compile, document, and report all incidents, damages, and hazardous conditions.
- Maintain exceptional standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and professional conduct among night staff.
- Support all hotel departments operational during the night, assisting with daily operations and events as needed.
- Manage all guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery issues with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration between departments to ensure seamless night operations.
- Ensure a complete and accurate handover to the incoming Duty Manager, safeguarding service quality, safety, and operational consistency.
- Handle all reservation calls and walk-in bookings during the night shift.
- Perform the daily night audit on Opera, including the night run and all related system functions.
- Conduct the initial accounting entry, including reconciliation of credit card receipts, payments made, cash receipts, and foreign currency.
- Manage end-of-month financial closing activities on Opera in coordination with the Finance department.
- Ensure all night audit and financial control procedures are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate daily inspections of vacant rooms in collaboration with Finance and Security.
- Perform any other reasonable task assigned by the Front Office Manager or Hotel Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Exceptional leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and night audit procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
