Cheval Blanc Night Manager

- Ensure smooth hotel operations during the night shift under the Front Office Manager's supervision.
- Coordinate with operational departments and the Security team to ensure guest and staff safety and comfort.
- Manage front desk operations, including guest reception, arrivals, and departures, adhering to established procedures.
- Conduct regular property rounds and report any non-compliance or irregularities.
- Oversee hotel activities during the night, manage reservations, and handle late arrivals or unexpected departures.
- Supervise billing and cash handling, check rates, close the house, and prepare daily reports and next-day arrivals.
- Handle guest complaints and requests, promote hotel offerings, and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of hotel services.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel.
- Advanced knowledge of operational and financial management, including billing control and cash handling.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Opera Cloud.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment is required.
