1. Address non-conformities reported by hotel teams, prioritizing accommodations, dining, and spa areas.
2. Repair and maintain all hotel equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and technical materials, either internally or by coordinating external contractors.
3. Conduct daily inspections of installations to prevent potential incidents.
4. Ensure effective communication within the technical service by updating intervention records and relaying information to various hotel departments.
5. Set up installations for events in rooms or sales points.
6. Respond to specific guest requests, including internet connections in rooms.
7. Quickly address and resolve malfunctions, breakdowns, or fires, adhering to internal rules and procedures.
8. Ensure compliance with internal safety rules and procedures by guests and staff.
9. Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning safety or accident risks to management.

1. Ideally possess a CAP or Bac Pro in a maintenance-related field (electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.).

7. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant sector.

CAP or Bac Pro in a relevant field.
