1. Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during the night, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
2. Maintain tranquility and security throughout the night, guaranteeing guest safety.
3. Oversee and validate daily financial transactions and perform end-of-day closures.
4. Facilitate late check-ins and check-outs with precision and courtesy.
5. Address specific guest needs discreetly and efficiently.
6. Ensure seamless communication with the day team to maintain service continuity.
7. Collaborate with other departments, such as dining and housekeeping, to fulfill nocturnal guest requests.

1. Advanced degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration (BAC +4/5 equivalent).
2. Proven experience in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years.

1. Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
2. Proficiency in a third language such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese is advantageous.
3. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Familiarity with Opera Cloud and 7Rooms is preferred.
5. Understanding of Leading Quality Assurance standards is beneficial.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Advanced degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration (BAC +4/5 equivalent).

Accommodation provided or a housing allowance of €250 gross. Meals provided during working hours. Uniform provided and laundered. Transportation costs covered (€100 each way). Bicycle loan available under certain conditions. Work within passionate teams.
