1. Address non-conformities reported by hotel teams, prioritizing accommodation, dining, and spa areas.
2. Perform repairs and maintenance on all hotel equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and technical materials, either internally or by coordinating external contractors.
3. Conduct daily checks on various installations to ensure proper functioning and prevent potential incidents.
4. Facilitate communication between hotel services by updating records of technical interventions.
5. Set up arrangements for events in rooms or sales points.
6. Respond to specific guest requests, such as setting up internet connections in rooms.
7. Quickly address malfunctions, breakdowns, or fires, ensuring repairs and compliance with internal procedures.
8. Ensure adherence to internal safety rules and procedures by guests and staff.
9. Report any abnormal situations concerning safety or accident risks to management.

1. Ideally holds a CAP or Bac Pro in a maintenance-related field such as electricity, plumbing, carpentry, or painting.
