Cheval Blanc Marketing and Communication Manager

- Ensure the brand identity is consistently applied across all content, both print and digital, adhering to the graphic charter and Cheval Blanc codes.
- Implement the Cheval Blanc marketing and digital strategy, adapting to local specificities in collaboration with head office.
- Update all print and digital communication materials in line with global LVMH Hotel Management initiatives and the House's activities.
- Create, update, and review printed documents and digital content to promote the House's activities.
- Liaise with department heads and headquarters to identify new needs and develop appropriate tools such as event invitations and experiential presentations.
- Assist departments in creating content for daily or event-specific needs, including menus and invitations.
- Participate in the daily management of social networks and organize content creation, including social media contests and photo/video shoots.
- Propose, write, and translate news to regularly update the website.
- Ensure availability of printed materials and coordinate with purchasing and LVMH Hotel Management to maintain stock.
- Develop and communicate periodic reports and statistics on marketing activities.
- Monitor local and international competition to remain innovative and propose new ideas.
- Ensure conformity of information published on the hotel's internet, iPad, and television interfaces.
- Animate the website and social networks, creating photo and video content, posts, and engaging with bloggers and influencers.
- Create newsletters and set up email campaigns in collaboration with LVMH Hotel Management.
- Monitor and analyze rating sites such as TripAdvisor, Google, Facebook, and Yelp.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a luxury resort or hotel operation.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to different work situations.
- Thoroughness, good organization, attention to detail, and excellent ability to manage priorities independently.
- Computer literate with excellent command of Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
- Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communication within a luxury resort or hotel operation is required.
