- Assist in maintaining the brand image of Cheval Blanc within the Maison.
- Coordinate and implement marketing and communication projects initiated by the team.
- Ensure brand identity and positioning across all printed and digital media, adhering to the brand's graphic and editorial guidelines.
- Develop printed and digital content such as brochures, invitations, and cards to promote the Maison's activities.
- Update the website, digital gift voucher platforms, and Click & Collect services.
- Maintain all communication materials within the Maison, including in-room iPads and TVs.
- Participate in creating newsletters and email campaigns.
- Assist in coordinating photo and video shoots with various departments.
- Moderate the Maison's social media accounts.
- Coordinate press visits and stays, including itinerary writing and reservation coordination.
- Respond to journalist and content creator inquiries, distributing them to relevant agencies.
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to remain innovative and proactive.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing/Communication.
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality and fine dining sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.
- Sensitivity to the luxury sector and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
- Fluency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese) is appreciated.
Entry-level; prior experience in marketing within the luxury hospitality sector is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing/Communication.
