4. Assist in the planning and execution of guest itineraries and special requests.
5. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest areas and personal belongings.
6. Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.

1. Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism Management or graduation from a hotel school.
2. Fluency in English and Mandarin.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury resort or hotel setting in a similar role is required. A background in Food & Beverage service is advantageous.

Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism Management or hotel school graduate.
