1. Oversee the Carte Blanche room service and Butler service, ensuring adherence to established hotel procedures.
2. Ensure the seamless execution and quality of service from breakfast through dinner, in line with LQA service standards.
3. Maintain guest satisfaction throughout their stay by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
4. Gather and utilize information from various departments and cardex systems to anticipate guest requests.
5. Train team members in Cheval Blanc service standards.
