- Ensure optimal condition of the restaurant at all times.
- Oversee reservations management prior to service.
- Greet, orient, and seat guests in the restaurant.
- Supervise cloakroom operations.
- Monitor service flow from guest arrival to departure, ensuring adherence to hotel procedures.
- Present the menu and beverages, and assist guests with their selections.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the service.
- Manage billing in compliance with hotel procedures.
- Promote the restaurant and hotel services to enhance performance indicators.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and pastry departments.
- Lead briefings in the absence of senior management and assess team knowledge.
- Support the Assistant Venue Manager in tasks and schedule adherence.
- Participate in recruitment and development interviews.
- Train, coordinate, and organize team activities.
- Manage and educate the team on cost control.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Oversee linen management and supply.
- Manage wine cellar operations.
- Facilitate internal communication and information flow.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
- Ensure effective communication of guest-related information to the team.
- BAC PRO or BTS in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong representational ability.
- Exemplary customer service and hospitality skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and availability.
- Precision, organization, and attention to detail.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a luxury hospitality or fine dining environment is required.
BAC PRO or BTS in a relevant field.
