- Ensure optimal state of the point of sale at all times.
- Oversee reservations management prior to service.
- Welcome, orient, and seat guests in the venue.
- Monitor the maintenance of cloakrooms.
- Ensure smooth service operations from guest arrival to departure, adhering to hotel procedures.
- Present the menu and beverages, taking orders while advising guests.
- Guarantee guest satisfaction throughout the service.
- Handle billing in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Promote the venue and hotel services to enhance performance indicators.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and pastry departments.
- Lead briefings in the absence of senior management and assess team knowledge.
- Support the Venue Manager in tasks and ensure proper scheduling.
- Participate in recruitment and development interviews.
- Train, coordinate, and organize team activities.
- Manage and educate the team on cost management.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Oversee linen management (setup, renewal, supply).
- Manage the wine cellar.
- Facilitate internal communication and information flow.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Communicate all client-related information and instructions to the team.
- Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.
- BAC PRO or BTS in Hospitality or related field.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred gastronomy.
- Excellent interpersonal and representational skills.
- Strong customer service orientation, courtesy, and tact.
- Availability, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Precision, organization, and attention to detail.
- Empathy and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Team spirit and collaboration.
- Desire to learn and advance in hospitality/restaurant sectors.
- Proficiency in dining room service in a high-standard establishment.
- Proven sales and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments is required.
BAC PRO or BTS in Hospitality or related field.
