1. Ensure optimal state of the point of sale at all times.
2. Oversee reservations management prior to service.
3. Welcome, orient, and seat guests in the venue.
4. Monitor the maintenance of cloakrooms.
5. Ensure smooth service operations from guest arrival to departure, adhering to hotel procedures.
6. Present the menu and beverages, taking orders while advising guests.
7. Guarantee guest satisfaction throughout the service.
8. Handle billing in accordance with hotel procedures.
9. Promote the venue and hotel services to enhance performance indicators.
10. Coordinate effectively with kitchen and pastry departments.
11. Lead briefings in the absence of senior management and assess team knowledge.

13. Participate in recruitment and development interviews.
14. Train, coordinate, and organize team activities.
15. Manage and educate the team on cost management.
16. Participate in inventory management.
17. Oversee linen management (setup, renewal, supply).
18. Manage the wine cellar.
19. Facilitate internal communication and information flow.
20. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
21. Communicate all client-related information and instructions to the team.
22. Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.

1. BAC PRO or BTS in Hospitality or related field.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred gastronomy.
