1. Ensure the optimal functioning and maintenance of the establishment's facilities.
2. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and telecommunication systems.
3. Perform necessary repairs to maintain equipment functionality.
4. Ensure the safety equipment is operational to guarantee guest satisfaction.
5. Assist the Technical Director and external contractors during major projects.
6. Maintain the gardens, restaurant terrace, and pool to reflect the establishment's elegance.

1. CAP/BAC PRO in maintenance-related fields such as electricity, plumbing, carpentry, or painting.
2. Valid electrical certification.

2. Fluency in French (spoken and written).
3. Basic knowledge of English.

7. Proactive problem-solving abilities.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing or electrical work, including internships or previous positions.

CAP/BAC PRO in a maintenance-related field.

The position offers a housing allowance of €250 gross, meals during working hours, provided and laundered uniforms, and an advantageous health insurance plan. Employees will work alongside passionate teams.
