1. Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of the establishment's facilities.
2. Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, air conditioning, heating, plumbing, and telephony systems.
3. Perform necessary repairs to ensure equipment functionality.
4. Ensure the operational excellence of safety equipment.
5. Assist the Technical Director and external contractors during major works.

1. CAP/BAC PRO in a maintenance-related field (electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.).
2. Valid electrical certification.

1. Mastery of safety standards.
2. Fluent in French (oral and written).
3. Knowledge of English.
4. Strong service orientation.
5. Attention to detail.
6. Flexibility and adaptability.
7. Proactive problem-solving abilities.

Minimum of 3 years in a related field, with experience in plumbing or electricity.

CAP/BAC PRO in a maintenance-related field.
