1. Ensure logistical excellence and smooth operations within Cheval Blanc Maisons.
2. Manage supply and resource management with precision under the guidance of experts.
3. Identify needs intuitively and maintain strong relationships with exceptional suppliers.
4. Oversee storage spaces to preserve quality and manage inventory and flow efficiently.
5. Maintain administrative rigor, ensuring clarity and compliance in order tracking and invoice verification.
6. Contribute innovative solutions to enhance procedures and inspire performance.

1. Higher education in Hospitality Management, Logistics, or Management.
2. Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector is appreciated.
3. Initial experience in administration, logistics, purchasing, or hospitality is a plus.

1. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
3. Ability to organize, prioritize, and process information accurately.

Entry-level experience, ideally with some exposure to administration, logistics, purchasing, or hospitality.

Higher education in Hospitality Management, Logistics, or Management.
