1. Oversee the maintenance, laundering, and organization of linens for the hotel, restaurants, spa, and staff uniforms.
2. Collaborate closely with housekeeping teams and external laundry service providers.
3. Ensure all textiles meet the highest standards of excellence through meticulous care and flawless presentation.
4. Identify and address any defects or imperfections in linens with precision.
5. Apply expertise in textile care, ensuring appropriate treatment for each fabric type in line with Cheval Blanc standards.
6. Manage linen inventory to ensure adequate supply for all departments.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar luxury hospitality environment.
2. Familiarity with luxury hotel industry standards.

1. Proficiency in hygiene and safety standards.
2. Sewing skills.
3. Good command of English, both written and spoken, is advantageous.
4. Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
5. Impeccable presentation and customer service orientation.

At least 3 years of experience in a luxury hospitality setting is required.
