1. Manage the hotel's, restaurant's, and spa's linen operations.
2. Coordinate with external laundry service providers.
3. Oversee logistics related to staff uniforms.
4. Perform sewing and alterations as needed.
5. Maintain inventory and manage stock levels of linens.
6. Ensure the daily provision of professional attire and necessary linens for service operations.
7. Uphold the quality of services and client offerings.
8. Facilitate effective internal communication within the service.
9. Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations.
10. Maintain equipment and ensure proper storage.
11. Report any safety or accident risks to management.
