1. Ensure guests have a positive first and last impression by maintaining professionalism in appearance and demeanor.
2. Monitor the swimming area and surroundings to ensure guest safety at all times.
3. Respond promptly and appropriately in emergencies or unsafe behavior situations.
4. Ensure safety equipment, such as buoys, first aid kits, and rescue boards, are always in place.
5. Assist guests with setting up sun loungers, adjusting umbrellas, and fulfilling comfort requests.
6. Regularly check on guests to anticipate their needs, offer to tidy up, and ensure their well-being and comfort.
7. Provide towels and amenities, ensuring a constant supply and good presentation.
8. Maintain the beach and surrounding areas impeccably clean and orderly.
9. Discreetly collect and dispose of waste, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment.
10. Report any potential hazards within the workplace.

1. Minimum age of 18 years
2. Fluent in English
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
4. Current CPR certification within the last 2 years
5. Good physical fitness and ability to work long hours outdoors
