Cheval Blanc Legal Intern - Contract and Commercial Law

1. Conduct legal research.
2. Draft synthesis notes and legal watch reports.
3. Assist in the negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts, including service agreements, commercial contracts, leases, and hotel management contracts.
4. Support in pre-litigation management, including client claims and formal notices, and contribute to the drafting of guides and procedures.
5. Perform general administrative tasks related to the management of the Cheval Blanc portfolio, including preparation for closings and corporate follow-up.

1. Master's degree in Law with a specialization in General Private Law or Business Law.
2. Previous experience in a corporate or law firm setting is preferred.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, though prior exposure in a corporate or legal firm is advantageous.
