Cheval Blanc Learning, Development & Quality Manager

- Analyze current performance levels, identify skill gaps, and determine the training and development requirements of the Maison.
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies, designing and executing programs to address identified training needs in alignment with the Maison’s goals.
- Manage the training budget effectively.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure consistency and high standards across the Maison.
- Facilitate Ambassadeur development by fostering a culture of continuous learning through coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
- Evaluate training effectiveness by monitoring the success of learning and development programs, gathering feedback, and analyzing training outcomes.
- Manage and conduct the Induction and Orientation program for new Ambassadeurs.
- Assess and conduct training related to Leading Quality Assurance audits to ensure alignment with Maison standards.
- Coordinate and organize Food Safety audits and relevant training.
- Collaborate with the Director of Engineering on Earth Check standards and audits to achieve sustainability goals.
- Degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Education, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a learning and development role, with experience in quality assurance and management.
- Minimum 2 years in a similar position within a luxury property.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and various training methods.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Attention to detail and excellent ability to manage priorities independently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury property.
Degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Education, or a relevant field.
Service charge, accommodation provided for expatriates, meal coverage at the staff restaurant, uniforms provided and laundered.
