1. Analyze current performance levels, identify skill gaps, and determine the training and development requirements of the Maison.
2. Develop and implement learning and development strategies, designing and executing programs to address identified training needs in alignment with the Maison’s goals.
3. Manage the training budget effectively.
4. Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure consistency and high standards across the Maison.
5. Facilitate Ambassadeur development by fostering a culture of continuous learning through coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
6. Evaluate training effectiveness by monitoring the success of learning and development programs, gathering feedback, and analyzing training outcomes.
7. Manage and conduct the Induction and Orientation program for new Ambassadeurs.
8. Assess and conduct training related to Leading Quality Assurance audits to ensure alignment with Maison standards.
9. Coordinate and organize Food Safety audits and relevant training.
10. Collaborate with the Director of Engineering on Earth Check standards and audits to achieve sustainability goals.

1. Degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Education, or a relevant field.
2. Proven experience in a learning and development role, with experience in quality assurance and management.
3. Minimum 2 years in a similar position within a luxury property.
4. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and various training methods.
5. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning platforms.

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
4. Attention to detail and excellent ability to manage priorities independently.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury property.

Degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Education, or a relevant field.
