- Ensure the proper maintenance of guest linens and Ambassador uniforms, adhering to the Maison's standards and procedures.
- Implement and uphold quality standards within the laundry service.
- Maintain the Cheval Blanc Paris image by ensuring Ambassador attire meets the Maison's elegance codes.
- Manage and develop relationships with external laundry service providers.
- Monitor guest requests and preferences throughout their stay.
- Supervise and support the laundry team in daily tasks.
- Participate in the cleaning and ironing of hotel and guest linens internally.
- Anticipate and manage linen needs according to occupancy rates and departmental requirements.
- Oversee inventory processes to achieve desired results.
- Ensure maintenance of equipment and facilities, and enforce management and maintenance procedures among team members.
- Report any defects or damages to the Governance Service Manager.
- Manage service-related costs and implement strategies to increase laundry revenue.
- Propose enhancements to products/services to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Organize work schedules and planning for the laundry team.
- Welcome, train, and integrate new team members.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal management procedures.
- Facilitate effective communication of guest-related information to the team.
- Report any safety or accident risks to management.
- Higher education degree in Hospitality Management
