- Supervise the valet department to ensure efficient and professional service levels for guests and employees.
- Maintain uniforms in good condition, ensuring they are clean and presentable, setting an example of personal appearance and hygiene standards for the team.
- Sign for necessary keys or devices before starting the shift and register as on duty in the housekeeping office.
- Ensure the valet team's punctuality, behavior, and personal appearance meet MOHG standards.
- Possess complete knowledge and competence in all valet-related activities.
- Provide requested services to guests at all times, ensuring full satisfaction with all requests handled.
- Supply all employees with appropriate uniforms and valet services.
- Ensure all aspects of department administration are managed effectively.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong supervisory skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in managing laundry operations and valet services.
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
