1. Supervise the valet department to ensure efficient and professional service levels for guests and employees.
2. Maintain uniforms in good condition, ensuring they are clean and presentable, setting an example of personal appearance and hygiene standards for the team.
3. Sign for necessary keys or devices before starting the shift and register as on duty in the housekeeping office.
4. Ensure the valet team's punctuality, behavior, and personal appearance meet MOHG standards.
5. Possess complete knowledge and competence in all valet-related activities.
6. Provide requested services to guests at all times, ensuring full satisfaction with all requests handled.
7. Supply all employees with appropriate uniforms and valet services.
8. Ensure all aspects of department administration are managed effectively.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
