1. Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation of dishes and kitchen operations.
2. Perform preliminary tasks such as peeling, cutting, and washing ingredients, as well as receiving goods.
3. Participate in the creation and development of dishes, adhering to instructions and applying learned techniques.
4. Ensure the careful presentation and distribution of dishes, following plating guidelines.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment, adhering to H.A.C.C.P. standards and Maison procedures.

1. BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Culinary Arts
2. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
3. At least one prior experience (internship or position) in a similar establishment
