1. Perform preliminary product preparation tasks.
2. Assist Demi Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the preparation and creation of dishes.
3. Ensure service is conducted according to hotel rules and procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness of premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
5. Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
6. Set up and distribute dishes.
7. Participate in waste sorting and disposal.
8. Inform management of any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues.

1. BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Cuisine.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hotel/restaurant environments.

Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant or significant internships in a luxury hotel or starred restaurant.
