1. Perform preliminary preparation tasks for ingredients.
2. Assist Demi Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the creation and preparation of dishes.
3. Ensure service is conducted according to hotel standards and procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of kitchen areas and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
5. Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
6. Set up and distribute dishes.
7. Participate in waste sorting and disposal.
8. Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues to superiors.

1. BEP/CAP in Culinary Arts or BAC PRO in Culinary Arts.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hotel and restaurant operations.

Prior experience as a Kitchen Assistant or significant internships in a luxury hotel or starred restaurant.

BEP/CAP in Culinary Arts or BAC PRO in Culinary Arts.
