1. Assist in addressing IT incidents and technical needs reported by hotel staff.
2. Learn and support the installation, maintenance, and optimization of the hotel's IT systems and infrastructure.
3. Participate in setting up, configuring, and maintaining workstations, peripherals, and network equipment.
4. Engage in diagnosing and resolving system malfunctions to ensure smooth operations for staff and guests.
5. Contribute to internal training sessions on IT tools and best practices to enhance technical skills and service orientation.

1. Pursuing a higher education degree (BAC +2/3) in computer engineering.

1. Proficiency in operating systems (Windows 2008, 2012, 2016), networking (VLAN), firewall, virtualization, security, active directory, antivirus, filers, backup, IPBX, IPTV, SAN, Wifi.
2. Familiarity with PMS (Opera) and POS (Micros) is desirable.
3. Proven experience in IT asset management.
4. Mastery of the latest associated technologies.
5. Ability to manage priorities and unforeseen situations.
6. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally with some exposure to IT asset management.

Pursuing a higher education degree (BAC +2/3) in computer engineering.
