1. Receive and inspect both food and non-food merchandise.
2. Record delivery notes, transfer slips, and invoices.
3. Organize goods in various storage locations within the hotel and off-site reserves.
4. Prepare stock withdrawals for different sales and production points.
5. Monitor stock rotation.
6. Inform departments of stock levels and potential supply issues.
7. Prepare orders with suppliers.
8. Create purchase requests and assist in delivery scheduling.
9. Participate in hygiene and cleanliness inspections.
10. Conduct monthly inventories.
11. Maintain the hotel's brand image in supplier relations.
12. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.

1. Knowledge of luxury hospitality and fine dining sectors.
2. Understanding of hygiene standards (H.A.C.C.P. norms).
3. Familiarity with stock management principles (e.g., FIFO).
