- Assist the manager of Café Maxime Frédéric x Louis Vuitton in daily operations.
- Support the point of sale operations to enhance operational experience.
- Clean and set up the point of sale according to hotel procedures.
- Participate in the service of food and beverages.
- Clear and clean during service.
- Maintain and clean service equipment.
- Coordinate with kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding departments.
- Ensure optimal supply conditions for the point of sale.
- Implement and ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.
- Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding client or colleague safety or accident risks.
- Prepare internal reporting documents.
- Training in Hospitality/Catering.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or starred restaurants.
- Good understanding of gastronomy.
- Proficiency in computer tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential.
- Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills, courtesy, and tact.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Availability, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Team spirit.
- Desire to progress in hospitality and catering fields.
- Sales and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Micros is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Training in Hospitality/Catering.
