1. Assist the manager of Café Maxime Frédéric x Louis Vuitton in daily operations.
2. Support the point of sale operations to enhance operational experience.
3. Clean and set up the point of sale according to hotel procedures.
4. Participate in the service of food and beverages.
5. Clear and clean during service.
6. Maintain and clean service equipment.
7. Coordinate with kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding departments.
8. Ensure optimal supply conditions for the point of sale.
9. Implement and ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.
10. Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
11. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding client or colleague safety or accident risks.
12. Prepare internal reporting documents.

1. Training in Hospitality/Catering.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or starred restaurants.
4. Good understanding of gastronomy.
5. Proficiency in computer tools.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Training in Hospitality/Catering.
