- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
- Perform administrative tasks related to project development for internship objectives.
- Support operations across various food and beverage outlets to enhance operational experience.
- Ensure client reception and maintain excellence in customer experience.
- Clean and set up the venue according to hotel procedures.
- Participate in the management of the wine cellar and linen, including setup, renewal, and supply.
- Clear and clean during service hours.
- Maintain and clean service equipment.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, inventory, wine cellar, and stewarding departments.
- Ensure optimal supply conditions for the venue.
- Implement and uphold HACCP hygiene standards and beverage legislation.
- Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding client or colleague safety and accident risks to management.
- Enrollment in a Hospitality/Restaurant Management program.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
- Strong understanding of gastronomy.
- Proficiency in computer tools.
- Passion for the bar and restaurant industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential.
- Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and teamwork spirit.
- Desire to advance in the hospitality and restaurant sectors.
- Sales and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Micros is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
